The problem
Maintenance work needs an owner, a schedule and a trustworthy history. People on the floor need a screen that helps them get on with the job, not paperwork that follows them around.
What I did
Created the product end to end: maintenance workflows, recurring routines, checklists, completion evidence, manager review and reporting.
Decisions that matter
- Operational completion and manager review are separate steps — the floor finishes, a manager signs off.
- Scheduled routines produce actual job cards, so preventive work is visible and trackable.
- Company records and permissions are separated within the product.
