Business owner and systems practitioner combining hands-on e-commerce operations with a 14-year live-production career. I design and implement internal software and workflows, translate legacy supplier data into usable commerce systems, and own the commercial decisions behind them. - Built the business from zero — its systems, operating model and a three-person team running daily operations across three sales channels.
- Bridged wholesale and online retail — turned product, price and stock data from legacy accounting systems, spreadsheets and rep-led processes into structured, commercially usable data.
- Architected and built the custom stack — the Pro-Group operations portal, StockSync AI supplier mapping, Takealot listing tools, courier integration and reconciliation.
- Own the commercial decisions — supplier relationships and purchasing, pricing and gross margin, cash flow, accounting and VAT, marketplace fees, stock risk, returns and logistics costs.
